We are pleased to announce that a consular outreach in Montreal will be conducted by the Philippine Embassy in Ottawa with the following details:

Date:             Saturday, 6 May 2023, 8:00AM to 6:00PM

                      Sunday, 7 May 2023, 8:00AM to 6:00PM

                      Monday, 8 May 2023, 8:00 AM to 12:00 NN

Venue:     To be determined

The consular team will provide passport services, notarization/legalization, and other consular services during the outreach mission.

PASSPORT

All applicants for passport application/renewal must book an appointment through the following link:

The link will accept reservations beginning 17 April 2023 (Monday) at 12:00NN (Ottawa time).

Applicants should ensure that they bring with them complete requirements when they arrive at the venue for their transaction, particularly the printed application form and the required documents and their photocopies. We have no photocopying facilities at the venue. The requirements for passport application and renewal may be viewed at this page on our website:

Applicants must submit a pre-paid self-addressed Xpresspost envelope, with a signature sticker, which may be purchased from Canada Post or its agents.

NOTARIZATION/LEGALIZATION

Please note that clients for notarization/legalization will not be allowed to wait at the venue and will need to return on the indicated releasing schedule. For those who do not wish to return, you may bring a prepaid self-addressed Xpresspost envelope (with signature sticker) together with your documents and their photocopies at any point during the outreach.

We urge applicants not to bring with them people who have no consular business to conduct as the crowd will be tightly managed at the venue. Travel companions may wait outside the venue.
