We are pleased to announce that a consular outreach in Bermuda will be conducted by the Philippine Embassy in Ottawa with the following details:

The consular team will provide passport services, notarization/legalization, and other consular services during the outreach mission.

Applicants should ensure that they bring with them complete requirements when they arrive at the venue for their transaction, particularly the printed application form and the required documents and their photocopies. CIVIL REGISTRATION

Please note that clients for notarization/legalization will not be allowed to wait at the venue and will need to return on the indicated releasing schedule. For those who do not wish to return, you may bring a pre-paid self-addressed courier envelope together with your documents at any point during the outreach.

We urge applicants not to bring with them people who have no consular business to conduct as the crowd will be tightly managed at the venue. Travel companions may wait outside the venue.
