The consular team will provide passport services, notarization/legalization, and other consular services during the mission.

Applicants should ensure that they bring with them complete requirements when they arrive at the venue for their transaction, particularly printed application form and confirmation email, and photocopies of required documents. NOTARIZATION/LEGALIZATION

Please note that clients for notarization/legalization will not be allowed to wait at the venue and will need to return on the indicated releasing schedule. For those who do not wish to return, you may bring a pre-paid self-addressed Xpresspost envelope together with your documents at any point during the outreach.

The wearing of face coverings/masks at the venue is optional. We urge applicants not to bring with them people who have no consular business to conduct, as the crowd will be tightly managed at the venue. Travel companions may wait outside the venue.
