The consular team will only provide passport services (application and renewal) and consular notarization/legalization at the consular outreach mission.

Applicants should ensure that they bring with them complete requirements when they arrive at the venue for their transaction, particularly the printed application form, the confirmation email, and the photocopies of required documents. Please note that clients for notarization/legalization will not be allowed to wait at the venue and will need to return on the indicated releasing schedule. For those who do not wish to return, you may bring a pre-paid self-addressed Xpresspost envelope (w/ signature sticker) together with your documents at any point during the outreach.

The wearing of face coverings/masks shall be required of all applicants at the venue. We urge applicants not to bring with them people who have no business to conduct, as the crowd will be tightly managed at the venue. Travel companions may wait outside the hotel.
