PR 74 2022 Consular Oureach Charlottetown 28 29May22

The Philippine Embassy in Ottawa will be conducting a Mobile Consular Outreach Mission in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island on the following dates:

Saturday, 28 May 2022, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM; and

Sunday, 29 May 2022, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM

The consular team will provide passport services (application and renewal), consular notarization/legalization, and civil registration at the consular outreach mission.

All applicants for passport application/renewal must book an appointment through the following link: https://bit.ly/3LuG7Nh

The link will accept reservations beginning Friday, 13 May 2022, 12:00 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time).

Applicants should ensure that they bring with them complete requirements when they arrive at the venue for their transaction, particularly photocopies of required documents.

CIVIL REGISTRATION

Applicants for civil registration (Report of Birth, Report of Marriage, Report of Death) are required to submit advance copies of their documents to email address This email address is being protected from spambots. CONSULAR NOTARIZATION/LEGALIZATION

Applications for consular notarization/legalization (acknowledgement) will be accepted on a walk-in basis. Applicants are to be guided by the following accepting and releasing schedules:

Applicant to provide self-addressed courier envelope.

Please note that clients for notarization/legalization will not be allowed to wait at the venue and will need to return on the indicated releasing schedule. For those who do not wish to return, you may bring a pre-paid s elf-addressed courier envelope together with your documents at any point during the outreach.

VENUE CAPACITY LIMITS WILL BE STRICTLY OBSERVED.

All persons entering the consular venue are required to wear face masks and observe health and safety protocols.
