We are pleased to announce that a consular outreach in Montreal, Quebec, will be conducted by the Philippine Embassy in Ottawa on the following dates:
Saturday, April 9, 2022, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM and
Sunday, April 10, 2022, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

The consular team will only provide passport services (application and renewal) and consular notarization/legalization at the consular outreach mission.
All applicants for passport application/renewal must book an appointment through the following link:

The link will accept reservations beginning Friday, April 1, 2022 at 12:00 PM (Ottawa time).
Applicants should ensure that they bring with them complete requirements when they arrive at the venue for their transaction, particularly photocopies of required documents. Please note that clients for notarization/legalization will not be allowed to wait at the venue and will need to return on the indicated releasing schedule. For those who do not wish to return, you may bring a pre-paid self-addressed Xpresspost envelope together with your documents at any point during the outreach.

Please also note that, under the current health guidelines of Quebec, the hotel may require applicants to present proof of full vaccination before they enter the venue.
The wearing of face coverings/masks shall be required of all applicants at the venue.
Travel companions may wait outside of the hotel. Only applicants will be allowed inside the venue.
