The Philippine Embassy in Ottawa will be conducting a consular outreach in Montreal, Quebec, on the following dates:

Saturday, December 4, 2021, 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM and

Sunday, December 5, 2021, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

The consular team will only provide passport services (application and renewal) and consular notarization/legalization at the consular outreach mission.

The link will accept reservations beginning Monday, November 29, 2021, at 12:00 PM (Ottawa time).

Applicants should ensure that they bring with them complete requirements when they arrive at the venue for their transaction, particularly photocopies of required documents. Please also note that, under the current health guidelines of Quebec, the hotel requires that all applicants must present proof of full vaccination before they enter the outreach venue.

The wearing of face coverings/masks shall be required of all applicants at the venue.
