We are pleased to announce that a consular outreach in Montreal, Quebec, will be conducted by the Philippine Embassy in Ottawa on the following dates:

Saturday, November 20, 2021, 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM and

Sunday, November 21, 2021, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

The consular team will only provide passport services (application and renewal) and consular notarization/legalization at the consular outreach mission.

The link will accept reservations beginning Monday, November 15, 2021, at 12:00 PM (Ottawa time).

Applicants should ensure that they bring with them complete requirements when they arrive at the venue for their transaction, particularly photocopies of required documents. Please also note that, under the current health guidelines of Quebec, the hotel requires that all applicants present proof of full vaccination before they enter the outreach venue.

The wearing of face coverings/masks shall be required of all applicants at the venue.
