The Embassy’s consular section in Ottawa will be open on the following date for our monthly Saturday consular service:

Saturday, 04 July, 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM

We will provide the following services:

• Passport application and renewal
• Consular notarization/authentication of documents
• Civil registration (Report of Marriage/Birth)
• NBI Form No. 5 fingerprinting and consular notarization
• Reacquisition of Filipino citizenship (dual citizenship)

Please note that due to existing COVID-19 restrictions in Ontario on the allowable number of assembled persons in enclosed spaces, walk-in clients cannot be accommodated.
