Mobile Consular Outreach in Saskatchewan (SK)

We are pleased to announce that a consular outreach in Regina and Saskatoon will be conducted by the Philippine Embassy in Ottawa on the following dates:

The appointment system will go live on July 15 (Monday) at 6pm.

Please note that only a limited number of personnel can be deployed in outreach missions. In case all the slots have been taken, please wait for our next outreach in Saskatchewan, which is tentatively scheduled in October 2019.

As another option, you may wish to schedule an appointment with the Philippine Consulate General in Calgary, or come over to the consulate during its once-a-month Saturday services. For the following services, no appointment is necessary at the outreach. Please ensure that you will come with all the requirements, as it will be on a first-come first served basis:

2. NBI clearance fingerprinting

For dual citizenship applications and civil registry (report of marriage or report of birth), please contact the Philippine Consulate General in Calgary.
