The Embassy’s consular section in Ottawa will be open on the following date for our monthly Saturday consular service:

In view of space limitations in the consular area, please note that we will use an appointment system for regular passport renewals for the period 10am – 12 noon. Please use the following link to book your appointment:

NOTE: If you are unable to book a passport appointment using this system, please come to the embassy after 12 noon, on a first-come first-served  (walk-in) basis.

For all other consular documents, such as notarials, NBI clearance, and civil registration, we will continue with the first-come first-served (walk-in) system, starting at 10am.
