The general public is advised that the Bureau of Customs (BOC) and the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) have completed the roll-out of the e-Travel Customs System in the following international airports in the Philippines:

  • Ninoy Aquino International Airport
  • Puerto Princesa International Airport
  • Kalibo International Airport
  • Caticlan International Airport
  • Mactan-Cebu International Airport
  • Bohol International Airport
  • Francisco Bangoy International Airport
  • Clark International Airport
  • Laoag International Airport

All arriving and departing passengers are advised to do the following at etravel.gov.ph, or by downloading the eGovPH application, within 72 hours prior to arrival in or departure from the Philippines:

  1. Accomplish the electronic Customs Baggage Declaration Form or eCBDF;
  2. Accomplish the electronic Currencies Declaration Form or eCDF and declare the whole amount if carrying foreign currency in excess of USD 10,000.00 or its equivalent; or Philippine currency in excess of PhP 50,000.00. Non-declaration shall result in confiscation by Customs authorities;
  3. Download the travel registration QR code.

Starting 10 May 2024, one (1) QR code shall be used in the e-Travel System for seamless travel clearance. Upon arrival or departure, passengers shall present their valid passports to the Immigration Officer for eTravel registration confirmation, and the QR code to the Customs Officer for clearance.
