The Philippine Embassy in Canada has the sad duty to inform the public of the passing of Former Foreign Affairs Secretary, Albert F. Del Rosario, on 18 April 2023.

A Book of Condolences will be open at the Embassy’s Mindanao Hall (3F), beginning today until 25 April 2023, from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

The Embassy may also receive messages through the Online Condolence Book which is open until Wednesday, 26 April 2023, 3:00 AM for all those who wish to share their messages of sympathy to the bereaved family of the late Secretary Del Rosario. This can be accessed through the link below:
