At the request of the Philippine Embassy in Ottawa, the Chemical, Biological, Radioactive, and Nuclear Explosive (CBRNE) Unit of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) conducted a lecture on "Dealing with Suspicious Mails and Parcels" for the benefit of embassy personnel. The lecture was delivered by Sgt. Mike Ramsay at the Mindanao Hall of the Chancery.
Administrative officers from Asian diplomatic missions were invited to the lecture.
The lecture is the latest installment of the Personnel Continuing Education Program (PCEP) of the Embassy for the professional development of its personnel.
