Garcia joins other Women Heads of Mission in Ottawa [also known as Women Ambassadors of Ottawa (WAO)] to meet with the Honorable Rona Ambrose, Leader of the Official Opposition, at a luncheon on 09 March 2017. This Diplomatic Group, chaired by the Moldovan Ambassador H.E. (Ms) Ala Beleavschi, actively engages different institutions of and personalities in the host country to constructive and meaningful dialogue.
