In line with the 2025 National Women’s Month Celebration (NWMC), the Consular Section of the Philippine Embassy in Ottawa will be open on the following date for our #SerbisyoParaKayJuana2025 Saturday Consular Service:

Time    :   10:00 AM to 3:00 PM

Venue  :   Philippine Embassy in Ottawa
                 30 Murray St., Ottawa, ON K1N 5M4

Applicants for consular services may now book an appointment through the following link: https://appointment.ottawape.org/ The link will remain active until 10:00 a.m. on Friday, 21 March 2025

Applicants should ensure that they bring with them the complete requirements for their transaction and photocopies of the required documents. There are no photocopying facilities inside the Embassy.

This Saturday Consular Service is open to all, but freebies/souvenirs await our Juana clients on this day.
