We are pleased to announce that a consular outreach in Fredericton, New Brunswick, will be conducted by the Philippine Embassy in Ottawa on the following dates:

Saturday       July 16, 2022, 09:00 AM to 6:00 PM and

Sunday         July 17, 2022, 09:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

The consular team will only provide passport services (application and renewal) and consular notarization/legalization at the consular outreach mission.

Applicants should ensure that they bring with them complete requirements when they arrive at the venue for their transaction, particularly photocopies of required documents. Applicants for consular notarization/legalization are to be guided by the following accepting and releasing schedules:

Please note that clients for notarization/legalization will not be allowed to wait at the venue and will need to return on the indicated releasing schedule. For those who do not wish to return, you may bring a pre-paid self-addressed Xpresspost envelope (w/ signature sticker) together with your documents.

The wearing of face coverings/masks shall be required of all applicants at the venue.
