Deputy Head of Mission Myca Magnolia M. Fischer with Ambassador-Designate Maria Andrelita S. Austria

17 MARCH 2023 – The Philippine Embassy in Ottawa welcomes the arrival of Ms. Myca Magnolia M. Fischer. She arrived in Ottawa to assume her duty as Deputy Head of Mission of this Embassy on 17 March 2023. Ms. Fischer previously served as Executive Director and Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Office of Asian and Pacific Affairs in the Department of Foreign Affairs in Manila.
