Applicants at our Mobile Consular Outreach in Moncton, NB who reside outside the province of New Brunswick are advised that all travelers from outside New Brunswick – including New Brunswickers re-entering the province – are required to pre-register under the province’s Travel Registration Program.

Travel registration will need to be submitted electronically and will be available starting 21 September 2021 (Tuesday).

The province has issued the following details:

  • If you are fully vaccinated, no self-isolation will be required (Vaccinated individuals will register one time and receive a multi-use pass.)
  • If you are not fully vaccinated, you must self-isolate for 14 days or until you receive a negative COVID-19 result from a test taken on Day 10 or later. (Unvaccinated individuals will be required to register for each trip into the province.)
  • Individuals who cannot receive a vaccine because of a medical exemption will be required to show proof of such exemption.
  • Children under 12 are not eligible to be vaccinated. As long as all people travelling with children under 12 have been vaccinated, the group does not require isolation or testing.
  • If you have been given direction under federal guidelines, you must follow those directions in addition to any provided by the province.
